    ADIDAS.....This is getting REAL old bro.

    On November 22nd you received 5 MiniDV tapes from me along with a check for the work that was to be performed. At this point I am not going to go into the details of the events that followed, however, I will say that I have repeatedly asked you to return the tapes. I know you have had some family medical issues and all but Jesus Christ dude..How many times have you told me you would mail those things back the next day?

    I need them....TODAY. One of the videos that you encoded is and has been fucked up since day 1. Because of your situation I was simply going to re-encode it myself when I got the tapes back...but guess what?

    No tapes.

    Home phone: Disconnected
    Business phone: Disconnected
    Cell phone: Disconnected
    ICQ: No response

    This is why I do not like outsourcing anything.

    Send me my tapes Monday. I will pay for next day Fed-Ex or whatever...Just get them here.

    I hate bringing this to the board but I have no other way to contact you and I have been more than patient. I was expecting the tapes back during the first part of December.

                                                                                                                                              Trust me Paul, I am very careful about who I do this type of business with. I know of others who loaned him a great deal of money and although it took longer than expected, I understand that he did pay it back.

                                                                                                                                              I got the finished product....kinda....but I still want my originals back. My fuck up was in not copying them before I sent them out. That will never happen again. Live and learn I guess.

Talked to him on icq a few times way back when about some content. Something didn't feel right....his pricing was way off the norm, and there was something about him...couldn't put my finger on it.
