    Filtering (geolocating) mail/SE traffic

As we all know, some sponsors don't take overseas traffic, some convert better with it, some have more payment options for different countries, etc. Who here filters their traffic through a geolocation script and sends traffic to different sponsors based on location.

Say you had traffic from NA, almost any sponsor would take this right?

What about EU? Would you send it to an EU based sponsor or something that offers more EU based processing options than another?

Where would breakup the traffic and what sort of sponsor/system would you send too?

Most sponsors should use Geolocating scripts/tools AND proxyguard to clean up fraud.
