Some may find this marginally captivating...
Just before midnight lastnight I was working on my pc when all the power cuts out and I hear a big bang (transformer blowing no doubt, was something like -22 lastnight). I went and looked out my window and I see a few of my neighbours muttering to themselves and looking up at my window. My system is plugged into a ups so my monitor was still on and the glow was very obvious. Im sure they must of been thinking 'what the fuck, he has power yet the entire street is pitch black!' (well other than the guy with the gas powered hydroponic lab in his basement 3 doors down)
