You want non-blind traffic though, which we are very short on at the moment. Once more senders sign up and start sending, we will have a decent amount to offer.

To begin recieving traffic is pretty much immediate. We need to review where you're sending it, but after that any traffic you've bought starts sending.

Well it's the easiest way. Epassporte can be done manually, but we want to discourage it til the automatic system is in.
