here in cali the mexicans come down my street and sell a big ass bag for 5 bucks..its at least 30 in a bag too

I think they use the lower grade (not visually appealing) oranges for the juice and sell the nicer ones for fruit. Not sure.

It's all subject to the laws of supply and demand. Boycott orange juice until the size goes up.

Actually, soda costs practically nothing to produce and sell vs. OJ. Higher pricing or smaller portions are actually to be expected.

Very true. It costs about 6 cents to get a can of pop to the shelf on the store. The canisters and such cost about $40 and can make about 400 servings.
