The stupid puppy wouldnt stop pissing in the house. I tried everything. I cant give it away. I am thinking about driving it ten miles from my house and leaving it, but it is cold and will starve/freeze to death. I dont want it to suffer. Should I shot it? What should I do?

as an approximate guide a puppy should be taken outside
after he wake up, after he eat, after playing and throughout
the day at least every 3 hours.
set an alarm to remind you to let the puppy out to relieve itself.
exercise your puppy before confining them to their crate.
anticipation - a puppy that suddenly sniffs the ground intensely
is usually signalling that it is looking for somewhere to relieve
itself.
put the puppy crate in a busy environment such as the
kitchen, so not to feel isolated.

Paper training a puppy is a two stage process: 1) train puppy to relieve itself on paper only 2) train puppy to go only outdoors. There is a potential risk of only partially house breaking a puppy using this method as it is trained that relieving itself indoors is acceptable.
Paper training is when the dog eliminates on the paper when indoors, but when outside it goes in a designated area.
The owner needs to monitor the dog and anticipate when the dog needs to relieve itself.
At regular intervals your puppy should be taken to the papered area or a designated place outside to relieve itself.
As your puppy relieves itself use words like "hurry up" then praise them. Soon your dog will learn the command "hurry up" means to relieve itself. It is important to praise your dog after it eliminates on the paper or outside in the designated spot so it learns that it is doing good by going in that area.
Whenever possible train your puppy to relieve itself outside in a designated area. A puppy needs to be taken outside after they wake up, after they eat and throughout the day at least every 3 hours.
Unless your puppy is to be completely an indoors dog (like a toy dog living in an apartment) then they need to be weaned off relieving themselves on the papered area. After the puppy learns that relieving itself on the papered area is ?good? then the papered area needs to be gradually diminished. As the papered area is diminished it should be moved closer towards the door and finally outside, by which time your puppy should be house broken.
Tips:
Generally let your puppy go outside when ever possible to relieve itself.
Set an alarm to remind you to let the puppy out to relieve itself.
Anticipation - A puppy that suddenly sniffs the ground intensely is usually signalling that it is looking for somewhere to relieve itself.

Well I put it outside regularly, and I do know when it going to urinate. The thing is that after being outside it will come in and then piss. I give it little slaps in the head and say "NO", "BAD PUPPY" when catching it in the act then placing it ouside.

Reason it worked me up so much cause my ex wife's father did that with his dog when they sold their ranch. They had gotten the dog from the people who owned the property before them. Were there a couple years and then were moving up to Seattle.
So my ex is all worked up emotionally one day after talking to her dad on the phone and I said what's wrong. And she told me her dad didn't want to bring the dog with them to their new home so he just took it out back put a pistol to its head and blew it away.
I called him and freaked out over it and I didn't speak to him again after that. He knew we were animal lovers, had 7 pets at that time on 3 acres ourselves in LA, and would have gladly taken the dog off his hands and he just has that hunting kind of personality, where animals don't mean anything. i just don't understand how any decent human being would even consider that the solution to this problem is to kill the puppy. You should not have a dog, and I'm not attacking you, you obviously don't have the love for animals a pet owner should have and the blame for the puppy's potty training problems I am sure have way more to do with you than the poor dog. Even if it wasn't a puppy, if it was an old dog, you should have been able to come up with a way to find the dog a good home. All you did was call a friend or two and ask them if they wanted a puppy. If you really want to get rid of the puppy, take him to the local animal shelter or go sit outside WalMart with the puppy, a sign, and give him to someone who'll love him.
The way we trained our puppy not to urinate in the house was to spank him when we caught him, then immediately take him outside. Every time he went outside (and you have to anticipate it in the early weeks), he was rewarded with a puppy treat and huge amounts of praise.
When he got bigger, we taught him to scratch the door when he needed to go out by guiding his paws to do so, praising him and giving the treat, then letting him out where he could do his business, and rewarding him for doing so.
Interestingly, we have had no problems with this since. dogs are quick to figure it out if you'll take the time to train them.

You're in control of him/her,and it's your job to teach them what is acceptable and what is not. If the dog is not obeying you then it's something you're doing wrong.

We just bought a 4 month old puppy and he was not trained at all. We're still trainging him and he's doing great. It's all about taking the time to train them. They're like kids,they need love,affection,attention and stability. If you lack with any of these you will sufer the consequences.
If all else fails take him to the humain society so someone else who has the time can care for him/her
