    Violent Video Games

    I dont usually play video games, but I was visiting a relative and his 7 year old son had this Play Station 2 game where you can steal cars, rob people, pick up hookers, fuck the hookers, kill the hookers, run people over, and that is what I saw it 10 minutes time! Video games have really changed in the last 5 years. Anybody have a clue of what game that might be? I want one. It had stars and the more trouble you cause the more cops that come after you, I could only get 4 out of 6 stars before getting killed by police.

          I think its Vice City II. It was on ABC a few ago with parents seeing for the first time what their kids were actually playing. Never seen so many moms with their jaws wide open.

                  My 7 year old wouldn't be playing it. I did buy it for my 14 year old brother though, I think 13 would be a good age. Once you're 13, you're pretty much "formed" anyway.

                                          playin real violent games is fun, but when you play them multiplayer against friends or other real peeps is when they are truely amazing!!!!

                                                              I loved playing "Blood" especially kicking the zombie heads around like soccer balls after you blew them off...sadly, "Blood" didn't do as well as some of the others......

                                                                  it's the parent's responsibility to monitor what your kids are playing...

                                                                  look at the ratings on each game... if it's E, it's all good.. an M game you should keep them the fuck away from.

                                                                      blood was great! one of the last FPS's with sprites.. the gameplay was just so good, and the dual use of all weapons.. Yeah wolfenstein was great back in the day.. I think I played one of the first FPS's back on the Atari ST, several years before wolfenstein - it was just two upright 360 degree rotating rectangles, one red and one blue chasing each other through a maze and firing on each other with horizontal rectangles lol.. it was absolutely brilliant for the time.. I had never played anything like it before and was a veteran of the amstrad 64-128/commodore 64 days as well as alley cat/moon patrol era on the pc and various apple games like kung-fu and space trader.. I was totally engrossed playing with a friend, if I was a little older at the time I would have seen it's potential and made some $$
                                                                      I think it came on a CD with C&VG or Zero..

                                                                                  If I remember right make sure you look down when you come to a dead end... I seem to remember having to time a drop in the dream sequences that took me awhile to find...

                                                                                      the new C&C game is rather funny becasue it mirrors our current situation, and you get to run over arab people with tanks. not sure if this is a good thing.
