Well, depends on if you want to live in the ghetto, a middle class family neighborhood, some upscale gated community, or have a bunch of land and a big house on the outskirts of the city. I can tell you this, it's MUCH cheaper than anywhere else in the country to live here. In the city in a halfway decent neighborhood, you can get a pretty nice house for 100k. But a decent 3 bedroom bungalow in a nice neighborhood will run you $80k - $120k depending. Then there are cheaper homes in lower-class areas that will go for $70K+ all the way down to $25K, again...depending.
