                                My understanding is that whilst beastiality as such IS NOT illegal in every state in the law books various other state laws makes it illegal, animale abuse etc etc so yes your first statement is what i mean

                                As far as i am aware the Miller Test was defined by the US Supreme Court in circa 1970 ish lol and yes, its kinda the same as the community standards stuff, im just looking for a bookmark as i type so excuse the waffling on here......

                                                How about you actually read a law or two before you go spouting off a bunch of "The FBI is coming for you!" alarmist bullshit?

                                                A: The laws in the US that make beastiality illegal are against the act itself, not posessing, selling or promoting beast pics. They do not exist in every state, only.. a rough approximation.. 3/5 of them.

                                                B. The Miller Test is conducted by a jury. It has nothing to do with "federal agencies", except maybe for the federal agency.. the US Supreme Court.. that implemented it.

                                                C. It is not at all clear that all beast content would fail the Miller test in front of a jury. Double fisting is now considered unprosecutable in S. California. Do you think the same people would judge a labrador licking peanut butter off some chick obscene? Maybe, maybe not.

                                                Personally I wouldn't take the chance with owning beast sites in the US, but the risk for someone who wants to promote it is far from what you are trying to make it out to be.
