study your competition.... well. Take some time to look around and see what's working and what's not, and also what you got a groove for... there's lots of ways to make money, so you may as well choose one that at least you enjoy at the same time. After you've studied your competition, write down an actual plan of attack, and then start working on setting it in motion... and don't ever give up.Originally posted by ebros69

First start with free sites and avs sites and learn how to get TRAFFIC and market your sponsors. Then if you want to launch a pay site you'll at least have traffic to send to it and know how to market it.
Otherwise if you just open up a paysite from the start you'll have absolutely no traffic comming and therefore no sales to pay the bills, no one will promote you cause u're too new and you'll just go broke.
Learn the basics first and then go from there.
