I'm an hour south of Badlands and the Blackhills. We are just now starting get snow here and the Black Hills would be awesome too see right now. As far as the Badlands, I just drive threw that on my way up to South Dakota, they are half on a Native American Reservation. I wouldn't want to drive across the "Rez" at night though, they have the worst roads ever.
