Damn...I knew it was to good to be true. I saw the first 10 or so posts and I thought...excellent...finally other webmasters are realizing that companies like sexpromote are nothing short of thiefs. And then the regular yahoos starting posting...and my faith in the industry crashed again.

I, for one, would suggest if you don't like their tactics, file a complaint with the FCC. And with the police in Ontario. (I believe that's where sexpromote is headquartered),And no, this isn't being a trader to your own industry. This is a step that might just save our industry and clear out all of the common scum that have taken root.

Which means no "FREE" memberships with hidden add-ons...no try for 3 days, but cancel after 2 days...no tricks...PERIOD! I have 4 friends that spend pretty much 8 hours a day submitting for me. My daytime hours are spent primarily at my mainstream business. And yes, I submit the maximum number of sites which each AVS site owner has agreed to allow me to submit.

And, I have a very healthy share of SE traffic with top listings on literally every top search engine.

And I use TGSW to submit a tgp gallery a day...

So, does this information make sexpromote's tactics any more ethical...nope, I didn't think so...

In a way, yes it is a glorified TGP...but there is enough content to keep most anyone happy...and the better AVS's also have content that can't be found on a tgp...using the same plug-in content that most of the paysites use.

And perhaps the biggest difference...if the surfer decides he wants more content, then he is making the choice to sign-up for a paysite...unlike sexpromote type sites..where sexpromote is making the decision for the surfer.

But, unfortunately, other submitters in the AVS industry may choose to promote sites like sexpromote's on their pages...I won't..but some will.

As far as I know there are no programs other than these today using this technique of dinging a credit card without full disclosure and capturing credit card numbers on non secure pages. Big programs anyway.

They aren't related as far as I can see. Looks like sexpromote is just upselling babenets sites and offering the free lifetime membership to theirs.

Similar to orgasmcash. Where the surfer gets the free membership to orgasm's site after purchasing a membership to babenets site.

Babenet recruits guys like SexPromote to run programs upselling their paysites via that scam signup page. Well Babenet is clever, total scam though.

i think you are right. I wonder how much Babenet pays PieCash and SexPromote for each signup they deliver.

So i am pretty much right, SexPromote and PieCash are Babenet fronts.

I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!
