I think we're in safe hands thanks to HomeGrown, their fellow litigants, FTP, and all who have helped search for prior art.
I don't think that means anything. Just because Fish & Richardson are good patent attorney's and two companies use them means thery support eachother? Does that mean that If I go hire a lawyer I have to support all his other clients? Microsoft has it's own patent problems. Unless im mistaken, the only thing that means is that Homegrown retained a good attorney.
