I just added you to ICQ.

      I can help you.
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

          Rob,

I have sent you over 4 e-mails over a two week period and have not recieved one response from you. Yet you have time to come and check GFY? We still need space on 127

That's funny - at least you know where his priorities are huh

A friend of mine signed up for an adultbouncer membership a few nights ago and not only did his password not work, he couldn't get anybody to return his emails. It took more then 24 hours and numerous "nasty" emails to get any service from these guys. He said he finally ended up sending emails to every email account he could find associated with this company (including mcash.com) to finally get a response. Perhaps I should have told my friend to make a post on GFY, he might have gotten a quicker reponse

Hope all is well folks -

24 hours? Holy shit, they are fast!

Haven't you ever read somewhere that a normal response to an e-mail is between 24 and 48 hours?

I have read that actually, but one would think that a business and especially an 'on-line' business as big as this one would have a quicker response time for membership problems. Sounds to me like they have more business then they can handle right now. Perhaps that's why FreeHugeMovies hasn't gotten a response from them in over 2 weeks, they just don't need the business?

Kinda makes me look bad because I was the one who recommeded my friend check them out. He was looking to test out his new broadband service and wanted to sign up for a good adult website with movies so I suggested AdultBouncer, boy...what a big mistake that was.

I will never do it again

interesting that you would say that. We do reply to our webbies as soon as possible. The odd time some retarded isp decides to block us from sending emails and there is nothing we can do but know that the email bounced.
As for members, we do have customer service working around the clock and I don't know how you got the magical 24-48 hour number. I would love to be able to get the ticket id to verify it. So if you can, please pass it on.
As for FHM, he is in #support almost all the time and mostly gets replies almost instantly.
There was a problem recently with some techies and we are in the process of replacing them, which will be done by monday. It should be better after that. The temporary disruption in technical support will soon be fixed and things will be better than before.
I sincerely hope that you don't let this hearsay create a bad impression before you of what adultbouncer is really like and give us a chance before you choose to judge us.
Thanks and have a nice day.

mephisto, I am happy to give you my friends email address if you wish to contact him regarding this problem. From what I understand he was not issued an apology or anything for being treated so unprofessionally by you guys. Where I come from, customer service is priority. And, most successful guys go out of their way to not only take care of a customers problem but actually go an extra mile to make it good. As for myself, I have had problems on occassion just like all online business do but I take care of them a little differnet then you guys do. Not only do I get the problem corrected immediately, I also go an extra mile to make sure the customer is happy and will return. You guys should consider giving my friend a free month membership for the bullshit you put him through. It's not like that would kill you and it could actually get you a new customer. This should be standard procedure when you guys fuck up and don't take responsibility for it.

Contact me at: [email protected] and I will give you my friends email address if you are sincere about looking into the matter.

Dude, you just admitted that you spam. The ONLY reason that "some retarded isp" would block your emails is if you were on an RBL like SPEWS or MAPS..

Actually no. We installed squid for internal use and forgot to completely firewall it from external use. This allowed people to relay through us for a little and we were blocked for being an open relay.
This does not make us people who spam.
People make mistakes and we made one. It has been hard getting us off those lists but I have managed to get it done.

                          Hi Dean,
I would be really interested in trying to figure this out and sort out what really happened back there with your friend. We do keep not only customers but also our webmasters as our top priority. There are still times when I wake at 2 in the morning if I get a call from some webmaster who has my cell phone number to fix something small.
We are a very customer/end-user oriented business and there is nothing I would like to do more than fix this whole missunderstanding.
I personally apologise for anything that happened that made your friend unhappy and soured his adultbouncer experience. I will personally try and help resolve this.
Also, please check your email, you will find my email in there, please feel free to reply to me as soon as you have the time.
Thanks and have a nice day.

Cool then, I know people can get burned by that sort of thing. But I must point out, and you will back me up here - if you stop spamming, you CAN get off the lists. (To the people who say that once they get on SPEWs they can't get off)

                              Backov,

I installed squid for web accelerator and stupid me left relay open then someone spamming used our relay without our knowledge. I am going to change the primary IP on our mailserver so this should help us with our open relay problem recently.

                              FHM,

I do not check email regularly because I have other duties I attend to. If every webmaster emailed me with all technical problems you would never hear from me period. The reason I came here was because someone AIMed me and I came to reply). I also got an email from Eric on here since I did check my inbox today. Also the problem is the servers are freed up and then 2 days later they are refilled. We are going to impose weekly upload limits along with a few other limits to this problem does not persist.

We are uploading lets say 15 gigs a week leaving no room for others.

You also do not get a response from me because technical issues are just forwarded to the other guys so they can handle them.

We are doing alot of restructering internally since part of our staff was let go due to problems with them.

Adultbouncer is growing very fast and we are trying to get things organized back to normal as quickly as possible.

I apologize for the problem FHM.

We do not intentionally not do something do piss people off. It makes no business sense.

                              Thanks alot.
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

When are you going to so something about sites that are 100% stolen content such as http://avexpress.adultbouncer.com/ ?

Well, look at it this way, if you point out the stolen content to us in an email, we will deal with it. However, please send documented proof along with your claims as we are not the type of avs that crumbles and shuts sites down at the mere hint by someone that content was stolen.
We already work with apic to make sure we are on the up and up.
If you wanna help us out, feel free.

Gotta make you wonder how all those AB webmasters pay for all that expensive movie content.

Thanks though for publically stating how much content is being uploaded though onto your servers.
I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!

APIC knows nothing about what goes on in AB. Name me the video studios that are members of APIC. 99% of them don't know APIC exists.

However, please send documented proof along with your claims as we are not the type of avs that crumbles and shuts sites down at the mere hint by someone that content was stolen.
We already work with apic to make sure we are on the up and up.

Saying that there is not ample evidence visible that this guy is swiping all of his content is absurd.

                                          Here's a mere hint:

The movies are all watermarked with DMM as they were downloaded from www.dmm.co.jp.

                                          http://prv.avexpress.adultbouncer.co.../cnf001dl-1.rm

Now Adultbouncer is pretty cool, and there are many legitimate sites. And in the Asian niche there is often a bit of leeway granted with dicey content. But there are limits, and I would say that this guy has crossed them. He has about 250 gigs or so online....

Imagine how guys who actually buy their content feel about a situation where a surfer can buy this stolen content for $19.95 and also access other sites that are composed of dubious content. It's not fair or legal competition.

There webmasters supposedly have access to 2.5 terabytes of content. Im guessing alot of it is online in their members area.

Probably alot of the members content is. But unique content for webmasters is supposed to be 2.5 terabytes.

if that's accurate, assuming an overall 5 mb/minute avg compression ratio (just grabbing a number out of the air) -> that's over 8000 HOURS of video.

I always thought they should charge more for memberships. $19.95? These guys have the most downloadable content available and they are only charging $19.95? Doesn't make sense to me but if it works for them more power to 'em!
