After months of advertising in all the local papers and interviews and scheduling..hell I even hired a pretty young latina to front for me so they wouldn't be afraid of the big bad pornographer...I am forced to bring talent out from Los Angeles.

LA talent has its similar dysfunctions...

I have run ads and found it to be a headache, and I am sick of the wannabe-porn stars who are looking for work. Not my scene at all, I prefer girls you won't find on many (if any) other sites...

Unfortunately, the less "porn" a girl is, the higher the flake factor... I have been considering hiring a girl to front for me as well. That, or I may offer some incentives to a few girls who work at the local mall lingerie place or trendy girl clothes store--$50 for every girl they refer who I end up shooting.... will see how that goes.

Vegas does seem to attract an odd mix. Not sure what the exact aspirations are of most girls that move here--the film Showgirls taught us one ambition the town holds. Any others? LOL.
