I mean, it could be an honest mistake on the part of the photographer if he thought he was shooting content in a public place when in fact it was a 'closed set' or some shit like that. We just need to get the facts out there.

Problem arrose because they are claiming that they didn't allow any cameras to get in, and therefore, the camera must have been hidden. Which is clearly not the case. However, I'm not about to fight it.
After speaking at length to my lawyer, public nudity content is shakey ground period...... and i'm not about to take on a "big dog" to prove a point.
The guy that sold it to me didn't screw me. If i posted who it is, then everybody would want a refund, which is most likely not neccissary.
I do alot of advertising with our local clear channel radio station (the blaze) and I have a feeling that is the reason that I was targeted.

If it's public nudity the photographer owns the copyright. Just because it happened outdoors does not mean it's "Public Domain"
Then you have the problem with the owner of the venue/party the photos/videos were taken at.
Plus the fact that you may be up against a company with a legal department trying to justify their existance.
You might consider the possibility of free advertisement when it hits the press. But shakey ground.Comment

This is why when you purchase content from someone you MUST have their model release. Now this guy is long gone and you have no idea who he is and can't find him.
