111333 is mine but I use a different one as a primary number. It's really convenient to tell to people when you're rushing somewhere.

Actually short ICQ numbers receive less spam.
I have two. One short one that gets maybe 1 spam a month and a new one that gets many spams each day.

This has been discussed before numerous times... A few reasons why short ICQ UIN's are great:
Admins and hosting support would do better by their customers if they had easy to remember ICQ UIN's.
Also, having a short UIN is just like having an easy to remember phone number, in internet terms.
On another note, it creates the illusion that you've been around a long time, the shorter your number is.
At the end of the day it's a novelty like a custom number plate on your car, you want it because not a lot of people have it.
I think this applies to easy to remember domain names and portal usernames as well.Comment
