Question about Dreamweaver and I need an opinion on my sites' new style.

    Hi

I have a question. Being on an extremely tight budget, I am currently using Macrodemia dreamweaver TRIAL. I am wondering if the webpages I create are going to still be available after the trial is up. I probably won't purchase it (the full version) until sometime later this year.

If I upload what I have created with Dreamweaver onto my website, will it still be viewable by the web after the trial?

Now, also I would like more opinions please...

I have created a new style for the site that I am more than likely going to use, because I like it way better. I still haven't finished it. (All the 'HOME' links on each page should go back to the current site. There are still some bugs, but how does the overall 'look' look to you?

Will someone give me thier opinions on which they like best? I will probably use the new one, anyway, but I just want a second opinion.

    Current home page:

    www.phonetease.com/home

    New Home Page:

    www.phonetease.com/hometest

Stick with your current design, your new page sucks a fat penis.
ALWAYS CHECK OVER YOUR CODE OR SCRIPT MANUALLY BEFORE UPLOADING.

Example: http://www.phonetease.com/udpt2.htm - All of the images point to your computer. No one but you, can see those images.

IF that new page was created with Dreamweaver, then it will not expire, there is nothing in the HTML that can or will make your pages stop working at some point.

The only thing that expires when using trial software is the actual program, it will prompt you to purchase the program through a nag screen.

Some times a trial program will add snipets of code like "made with trial version of product name", nothing more, usually.

Yep, it is a little hard to give a view on you site when we can't see it.

Fix the links, upload the HTML and post again;)

Ok, Thank you all for the advice. Juggernaut, I'm so glad you pointed out the broken images on my page, because everytime I loaded it, I saw the pictures, I had no idea no one else could see them.

Ok, Darkhorse, Juggernaut, everyone else, I have fixed the links and checked all the html to make sure they are all on the web. Now, that you can see it, what do you think?

here is the new page link again,

          www.phonetease.com/hometest

Is the menu easy to use or does it suck?

          Okay thanks again.

You know what - My fiancee (Sofia) would most likely be willing to help you out with your website. Seeing that you're on a budget you could pay her a little at a time or something like that.

She could do a much better job at it then what you've been sweetheart so think about it and get in touch with her at:

              [email protected]

She doesn't like to built adult sites but seeing that you're site is only about phone sex she would most likely be willing to help you out.

Not everyone has an eye for building websites but don't let that stop you from owning one and earning some extra cash!

Would $150.00 be out of reach for you at this time?

              Regards

The image that was missing before, I don't see what you're trying to achieve with it.

The width set of that image is 676 x 599 pixels... this would make your minimum page width of at least 899 pixels in width, this kills viewable area to at least 47% of your visitors, as they make up the 800 x 600 res market.

The whole frames idea is a pretty bad one, it has it's good points and it's bad points, unless you're an expert at using them, I don't recommend you do.

The index.html file has two redundant frame elements. That looks like you stole the HTML from somewhere and didn't know how to edit that file, so you minimized the border width just to hide it.

On the links navigation page, some links open in a new window and some open in the right frame, you need consistency.
