                                  oh, and of course the thumb used there of dana with adjusted brightness/contrast and color levels is mine too, you can use that too for thumb preview tgps.

                                  Funny thing is that i would have given him permission to use it if he only asked for it.

                                                                                                          I replied back saying yes, and asking for more info, content, etc.

                                                                                                          Then he didn't get back to me.

                                                                                                          The next day i check your site and see my gallery posted on your TGP, great i think. just out of curiosity i click on it and see it's hosted on another domain, ok good, he might want to save me some bandwidth maybe, i check the gallery closer and see it has alt tags, oh great, he even added alt tags and meta tags!, great.

                                                                                                          Then wtf? he changed the ref code!

                                                                                                          If you wanted to know how it did, you could have posted mine and i would even give you access to my stats to see 'how it does'.
                                                                                                          Hell as i said earlier i would have just gave it to you if you asked for it before using it. a 2 lines email.

                                                                                                          Definetely not the right way to do business in my book.
