Hey.. if anyone could offer any input about the idea of hiring in house gallery makers/submitters, it would be cool.. I was thinking about hiring a few people to make AVS/TGP (and submit) from office here.. But since I don't have any experience doing such, I didn't know the degree to which doing so might be profitable.
I've been weighing the pro's and con's for a while and thought I might see if any of you guys might have experience with this... it's all for my own sites so I get 100% of the profit..
I would want people to do it from office instead of independently because people are a lot more productive in a controlled environment. And plus people doing it from home would figure out it would be more profitable for them to just do it themselves, probably
People who do this -- do you pay them per gallery, or by the hour, or what? And, how profitable is it? (I know that's a very broad question, and the answer depends on a lot of specifics, but considering such, I was looking for a very general answer, and would certainly appreciate sincere replies)
