    Spyware on my PC

    One of my PC's has some spyware on it. Anytime I go to a URL that has the words "Fuck, whores, porn" or anything like that I get a million pop ups. I installed "ADAWARE" and it said it removed some applications but it still happens. I get frontpagecash.com pop ups and iFriends crap all the time. It must keep a track cause it only happens once per domain.

    Anyone have any idea what type of spyware this is and how to get rid of it without reformatting?

      I get the same exact thing. I run adware and it says it removed it, but about an hour later it all returns.

      I really don't want to reformat. Gzzzzz
      SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

                  if you are on a windows box, open up your task manager and see what processes are running in the background. You should (hopefully) be able to recognize some sneaky shit lying in wait back there.

                      If you're lucky... yes... but many new spyware programs are not that easy to spot as the processes have similar names to system processes...
