Some people don't own sites. For example, I send traffic from search engines to paysites. What site do you want me to put in your form, Google? Just because it's blank, don't jump the gun, email the webmaster and ask them how they plan to send traffic...

another thing to keep in mind is that only 20%-25% of the affiliates the signup to your program will ever push traffic. This is common from what i understand... very annoying.

Many people don't own websites per se.

Some do SE's [as previously said] others do type in domains
Most common are email marketers [bulk and non-bulk]

That is so true, PD.

In fact, even of those that actually push traffic only 10 to 20% of those send sign ups.

Its a numbers game.
