I hate guns.. I wouldn't even trust god if he had a gun.. I'd rather just let the kid take $1000 worth of stuff than kill him..
Thats what bugs me about people that think they have to have "home protection" in the form of a firearm... The kid stealing their xbox obviously has problems, or he wouldn't be stealing your xbox.. instead of shooting him, keep him at gunpoint (or tackle his ass, whichever seems like a better idea at the time) and wait for the cops to arrive.. then make sure he gets help instead of 6 months taking it in the ass from crooked juvy guards...
