How to promote my paysite?

Okay, i've built a paysite Blonde Island, now im looking for the best ways to get some good traffic to my site to gain signups. Ive been submitting to hundreds of tgps by hand yesterday and today so those should come into play soon.

now unfourtunately i dont really have a advertising budget, as this is my first attempt, now i know i should have had one. i have an affiliate site, and im using it to promote my paysite..

im also waiting on google to update my site most likely at the end of the month, hopefully that helps

other than those tgp submissions, what is the best way (unfourtunately also the free way) to get very effective traffic to my site? and which traffic converts best?

i know its a handful, but this will help me out a lot, thanks!

green guy
dangerdave etc.
wetplace
hoes

Should get ya some more traffic.

Also you could build some avs sites and upsell to blonde island.

and if that fails you can always go back to door to door marketing.

First off stick these sites on Exit popup and inside the member area... www.mensniche.com that will bring in A LOT of extra money especially if in the member section u do a personal recomendation of the products....

Then do some simple LE with similiar sites of yours, this will improve google PR and bring some niche traffic into the site...

PPC search engines can also be used to generate targetted niche traffic.

Do NOT think of an affiliate program until u have the site converting for yourself... Purchase traffic from Choker and test the conversion with your site... if it converts well with this shit traffic then you have a good stat.

check out your competitors, who links to them, where do they advertise? etc

For a small paysite you don't necessarily need to have an advertising budget, but you do need to have a clear plan of how you're going to get traffic to it.
The best thing would have been to build this traffic matrix *before* you built the paysite, but hindsight is 20/20...

Pointless and Darren have excellent suggestions. Think of how you'd send a glut of traffic to a sponsor - then do the same thing with your own site. TGP, TGP2, free (softcore) sites, LLs, Pic Posts, AVS, toplists, link exchanges... and *other* ways to generate interest and traffic out there, there are tons of them but you have to be creative and figure out what they are. ;)

how can i expect a good listing on google?
i added lots of keywords at the bottom of all the pages, and keywords as alt-tags on all my images that make up the splashes on all the pages

anything else i should do?
