    Processing options for non USA, non EU sites

    Ok, this IS meant to be a new thread.

    PSW have given me cause for alarm two weekends in a row, and right now they are not processing visa for me.

    Things are way too shaky with them. I cannot afford -ve notification of events (ie an explanatory email after I lose billing!) I need other options.

    And the best thing is that it's the weekend....

    So what else is there?

    On another tack, has anyone in AUstralia successfully incorporated in the USA?

          A number of webmasters here in Aus have incorporated in the US.

          However we chose to move to Globill because if you incorporate in the US it is my understanding that you will have a number of recurring expenses that a lot of people have failed to mention.

          Just for a start you will be facing double taxation - you will have to pay tax in the US and then tax here in Aus.

          There will be accountancy costs each year for your US entity and there are other hidden charges as well.

          If you don't like Globill then there are alternative billers in places like Europe that you might think of looking at.

              There sure is a good one in Amsterdam. Verotel is increasing their services and claim not to have any problems with IPSP regulations whatsoever. Check 'm out!

                  I used them to incorporate: fast, friendly , professional and cheap.
                  Yearly fees are $ 50.00 state of Delaware and $ 125.00 Registered Agent fee.
