what's problem with IBILL? I stopped using them since November, but they still pay for rebills going though + holds. Most professional billing solution I ever seen. The only problems were delays in payments this month but looks like it's fixed already. I plan to use them on my new projects soon, just be close with your sales rep. and fix all your problems in timely manner.Comment

Try being a European customer with iBill, they haven't a fucking clue what they are doing.
iBill's customer service is fucking awful.
I am a very patient and curteous man, I have been nothing but nice and pleasant to the iBill staff that I have dealt with, unfortunately this will now end as they either totally ignore me or fob me off.
I have in the last 4 weeks made numerous transatlantic phone calls to try and get one of my cheques to appear in the CMI or for them to send me a breakdown of what they have (or in this case haven't) paid me, each time I call someone promises to call me/email me back -this of course never happens, I am then given various email addresses to write to, these are either ignored or I get one line replies that do not address the problem.
I hope ibill cathy does read this, and contacts me because no one else on their staff seems to be bothered to do so.
4 fucking weeks to try and see the details of a cheque they sent me in December, incompentence doesn't even come close.
They chop and change the pay dates at a whim and then send you cheques than you cannot verify because they fail to show up in the CMI
Also since the recent downtime the iBill CMI has numerous bugs and is unbelievably slow, If I was starting a pay site now I wouldn't give ibill the shit from my shoes.

My opinion is that every billing company on the scene is fucking shit. Less or more. No exceptions. IBILL experienced some problems but who didn't. Tell me who is real alternative? They have most advanced stats I ever seen, none of the others billing companies have something comparable. On PSW and other shitty billings you are not even able to see how much and when they paid you. And what about sheduled rebills, and my favorite on IBILL - detailed cancellation stats.
IBILL worked fine for me, and I'm sure for you too - they paid on time for years! One month they experience some problems - and every rat leaves the ship. But isn't it better to support them and give them a chance to keep good job instead of leaving and making their situation even worse?Comment

I've ranted enough about Ibill and all billing companies for that matter. You just need to decide how much you're willing to put up with- from stealing to spamming your subscribers.
One thing that really pisses me off is that little checked box with 6 pt font asking the subscriber if they?d like to donate money to come charity. No one answers my email about this and I think it?s a scam. Why they haven?t been investigated is beyond me.
I started using Ibill back in 1995 when they first started. There weren?t many choices back then. I use their gateway and my own merchant accounts. For a few years it was cool. There have been situations that were cool. Bad accounting, flaws in programming, security issues and more. I know several people who have worked there and there are several people who have them in court.
Again, it?s a matter of what kind of risk you are willing to take. I purposely setup email accounts and test signups to see what they?re doing. None of them are without shit. Then again I haven?t tired them all but I bet it the same shit everywhere. It?s not always the company itself but the shit heads that work for them stealing data and misusing it.SIG TOO BIG! Not accurate with regular payouts last time but their scrubbing is kicking ass
We utilize through IBill a big portion of declines that coming from CCBill and WSB.
Also we have 35% more retention from IBill than from CCBill members.WATCH MORE PORN

Weeeee - loads more 'it hasn't happened to me so won't' type of people. That beach must be getting very crowded with all these people digging holes and shoving their heads in them. Hmmm...notice that many of them praising iBill post very little other than to say how wonderful iBill is? Makes you wonder....Comment

because we use multi-processing cascade. I mean %% of rebills, of course. It depends on scrubbing and fraud screen settings too.Originally posted by Dianna Vesta

I don't think Ibill is "the" solution anymore (I think they used to be). Epoch is great and ccbill isn't bad. They all have their pros and cons.
I have been with Ibill for 4 1/2 years, sometimes they are primary, sometimes they are secondary biller, but have seen no reason to stop doing business with them.
I'm currently very happy with some of Epoch's great features like ezclick and member retention. (and they say they're working on their stat reporting - which is way sub par currently)Comment

Hell No!!
Just switched over to CC Bill. Not because I-Bill Sucks (which they do) But because of the mis-leads and lies from customer service reps. It's all about the constant run-arounds and failure to respond to emails that really pisses me off.

You can have that checkbox removed from your pages. Call them up and tell them you'd like to remove it. The front line phone monkeys will probably tell you that you can't, but if you keep pushing them they can do it.Originally posted by Dianna Vesta

And the best thing is, you can have that little check box replaced with one that cross-sells to one of your other sites (or to one of mine!).You can have that checkbox removed from your pages. Instead of a $1 donation, sell a $2 trial to one of my sites and get paid $20.

The iBill Retardo meter has gone off the fucking scale.
We are sat here fucking speechless at the latest email reply to our query, this time not only have they TOTALLY ignored my very *very* detailed query AGAIN - but they have helpfully sent me a screen print of the section of the CMI I need to look at to see the figure that I am querying, but yet again no explanantion of that figure and no explanations as to how their figures do not add up.
I could have sent them a fucking screen print of the CMI, I can see it too you know !!!
Cathy has not yet replied to me (probably because it is the weekend) but I have had another email from the payables dept,
They have once again ignored the entire contents of my query.
I am forwarding the latest fuck up to you Cathy, perhaps you can actually *read* my query and tell me the information I need to know, becuase for 5 fucking weeks I have been passed from person to person and was told to send a detailed account to payables (which I did) because they could 'definately help me', and they have so far twice just sent me 1 and 2 line answers that bear NO FUCKING RELATION to the figures and questions I am asking !!!
I have never known such a useless bunch of fucks in my life - here we are nearly 5 weeks on from my original query and they still churn out the same useless crap.
I find it amazing that this so called billing company finds it so hard to actually show me the breakdown of a cheque and to get it to display in the CMI like every other fucking cheque I've ever had from them over the years.
Fucking Unbelievable
Please contact me Cathy - I've heard you have a brain !
