    Boston, at least THANK us in Montreal

    God damn you Boston, first you take Pedro Martinez from us, now you take Jeff Hackett.

    Enjoy because he's developped into a solid goalie during his time in Montreal, so you'll get a good run for the playoffs.

    Can't believe this trade.

          I'm pretty happy with the deal. When I first heard it , I thought McClaren was going to The Habs... it wasn't until later that I realized it was a 3 team deal. It would have been pretty interesting to see how Zednick would have greeted McClaren had he goine to Montreal and not San Jose.

              Bah, I don't think it would've been that big a problem. It was a dirty hit but it's been a long time since then.

              I just hate to see Montreal providing Boston with a goalie. Since the playoffs, they basically got rid of both of their goalies. Dafoe and Grahame. At least they admit they had a major goaltending problem.
