    PSW Billing, Anyone having sales go through ?

    First, I would like to say that PSW has the worst
    customer service of any billing company I have ever
    used.

    48-168 hours later, they may email you back.

    Anyway, I have not seen any sales from them in a few days.
    Nor have I received a response back from them if they
    are tracking sales for us.

    With a click of the switch, we are using Epoch & CCBill
    now.. love the MPA 2.

          I recommend calling PSW rather than emailing.

              Hm, I just noticed that PSW joinpages don't offer VISA anymore (only MC and JCB). I was under the impression that PSW found some solution for their lost merchant account?
