List of affiliate programs that take too long to pay...

I find a pretty spiffy program, http://www.glamourmodelsgonebad.com/

They tout bi-weekly payouts -- but you look at the fine print -- they take 38 days to write your first check so by the time you actually get money for your traffic it's been at least 41 days LOL...

"Payout on the 8th is for the 1st through the 15th of the previous month and the payout on the 22nd covers the 16th through the end of the previous month."

I know it's nothing new, but we really need to slam this type of bullshit... Is this IBill default or do these programs deliberately take forever to cut checks...?

College Fuck Fest is probably another one... Somebody told me they hold your first check for a while (Website Billing) -- I'm still waiting. What's the real story on that? How long does the first check take?

A lot of programs, even ones through billers, hold on to your money for a while before the payout. The program you are talking about sounds too long.

That is Ibill's default, which sucks by the way, and there Rev Share links are down right now
My partner is in a meeting with the CEO at Ibill right now we are only 5 min from them, he has been there since 8:30 AM eastern time, so to say were are pissed is an understatement.

We have the New MPA2 program being installed now so we can take better control of things and control our payouts, but then you guys will think we will shave?

It's a toss up some say they will only promote the site if we use Ibill or Ccbill programs, others want the MPA2 style?

So with the MPA2 you chose 3 processors to use,

CCbill, Epoch and Psw and we can switch Ibill if we want for one of the three.

So what we came up with is the MPA2 for the affiliate program, but if you don't trust us we will have sisters sites that can be promoted with Ibill or Ccbill paid by them.

You guys have any other ideas, let us know? Believe us we are trying extremely hard to come up with a good system.

if it's any consolation.. I use GMGB and they convert well and recurrings are very strong. Only thing I'd like to see is fresh banners. Of course that's my gripe with 90% of the programs out there.

I think he was counting from the 1st day you earned $. If you had signups on the 1st of the month you wouldn't get paid for it until the 8th of the next month.

Once we switch to the new system "MPA2" we will pay bi-monthly, so the longest you will have to wait is 2 weeks.

So if you get a join on the first then the check will go out on the 15th of the same month.

Sorry I did not make myself clear, we will have this on the new system about 2 weeks away, Ibill has one, but it does not work

Ok my guy just got out of the Ibill meeting,

Here is why some Rev Share pages would not load,

They added new servers which handle the cookie requests, so when a user clicks on the banner or text link it goes to an Ibill server, which uses a round robin to hit different servers some of the new ones did not have the data bases replicated, this would make sense as some of mine would work and others did not, looks all cleared up now.

Sweet! Well go with that strategy. Your MPA2 deal sounds great if you have better control of things. I wish you guys would answer your support ICQ's tho -- I want to nab a whole pile of your freehosted galleries...

I don't see why that should be an issue for anyone. Either you shave or you don't -- the processor won't make a person any more honest.
