This is a very good point and I just about fell outa my chair when I logged in and saw the match to the primary company and not the DBA's. The site acct is under my name too cuz its my company credit card I used. (even the co card has one of the dba's on it and not the primary so its not that) No sponsor - no AVN Internext reg - no one has this company name... it was a mistake on my part to use that one to begin with - I just started here and for the letter to come to ME personally and not the owner of the company or the name that the domains are reg'd under just shows even more that this is the case.
Disgruntled employee is a huge maybe - but for a pissed off employee to go as far as to contact Acacia, broker a list on the QT to them and make bank from it is kind of off the wall. Isn't that a little shady on Acacia's part as well and they could get sued for something like that - would they risk this in the midst of their world video patent domination and shareholders trust if that was the truth of a sold under the table list?
I will give the named source the benefit of the doubt because that is only fair (you can ask anyone that I'm one of the straight up guys in the industry) but what I see in front of my eye's... speaks for itself and my jaw is still on the floor. I HOPE this is not the case but from what I have read in the other posts and what I now see personally, I'm friggn pissed to no end - I still can not believe what I found.
