Online statements for 01/19/2003 EU pay date are now viewable in CMI
I think ibill seems to be back to normal - whatever rumors may have been around here lately...
1) They did pay us on time for a whole bunch of years
2) They had one terrible glitch in their payout system and had a hard time to fix it (view all those threads here at GFY)
3) OK communication between their reps and the clients could have been A LOT better in that situation...
4) They have resolved the missing payment issue by paying out remaining balances on Jan. 9th even running an accelerated payout for US clients this month
5) They obviously are back to business as usual...
When you get doubt in a company at some point all that counts in the end is that you are getting paid what you have earned with them.
I personally believe ibill has taken a lesson from this and will stay in the business for a pretty long time...
I don't know if this helps anyone, but the CMI may report one thing and reality may be another. I've heard that the computers that handle CMI were moved recently and they may not have the latest information. You may be better off checking with the bank right now to see if you've been paid. iBill tends to focus on payouts, transactions, and CMI, in that order.
wellwell.....
around 14 days ago i mailed "ibill-cathy" since he/she tried to give some support.
no answer, typical for ibill.
3 days ago i mailed my usual "account rep.", he should show me exactly where to find the last payout explained.(i gave all infos, and told what i need exactly...i guess they have visa-fees deducted, even if i'm not an us-account)
today i got a reply from an other ibill-person... he/she don't answered the question, just like:
"you still have problems with the CMI?"
lol....
oh,and no wire arrived here aswell for the dec/20-21th-payout.
i hope ibill is not surprised, to see most accounts who process only rebills with them anymore, and fresh signups go to others....
