alright, so this hasn't been very popular yet... but it's such a great deal!

now obviously there are some of you out there that wouldn't buy spring break stuff at all, and this probably isn't for you then. but for those of you that do, this is SO CHEAP!

think about it this way. you can help somebody get his footings, and get some great content at the same time. or, this same person can get hired by another content provider, who essentially gets the same images, possibly even someone you purchase from.

in that case, you're probably saving yourself over $2500.

i realize probably most of you are a little wary of this, hell i would be too. but i'm not a scam artist, or you'd probably have heard of me by now. but also, for myself, i'd have to look at the deal. in my other business, if someone offered me a deal that i'd give them $120 so they could go to some show or something, and if they go they can bring me 2 sets of new enke wheels that aren't stolen, i'd probably think it over pretty hard, and probably deal.

it's a good deal, and if i don't go you get your cash back.

gothweb... you're right, but i wanted to preserve as much of the image quality as i could, hence no compression. that and photoshop is a bitch for making big files.

i am considering doing video, hit me up on icq about it, and i might. if anyone else is interested in video, please let me know.

as far as the model releases and such go, i can't quote anything at the moment, but part of it has to do with the clubs. the girls have to be of legal age to get into the club. they also are in a public place and all, so it makes it legal. i'm not at home at the moment, but i'll get that information. i've done most of my homework on this thing, talked to a lot of people about it, so it's all good.

rich.. well, yes, but that's somewhat counter-active. the idea is too pool the money so i can pay for it, however if you'd icq me so i have your number, i can keep you posted on if i'm close enough or not (making it reasonable to make a donation).

as far as the legal issues and all, a friend of mine and i have talked to a lot of people (including legal people), and there are some gray areas as far as that goes, but i assure you i'm not looking to get my ass in a sling. i wouldn't be doing this if it were illegal, or cause for me to get in trouble. i know where my boundaries are, and all that stuff. i've found most of the boundaries and such of what you can, can't, and where the gray areas are. i'm staying out of the can't and gray areas with this. the last thing i want is to get a lawsuit. and, whenever possible or in a situation where it would be gray, i will either get the appropraite documentation, or not do it all.

well, i appreciate everyone's support, on this thread, and your compliments on my work. i appreciate that. but, i still have a way to go yet.

the video is still an option, icq me if you're interested.

as far as the legalities go, i've waited far too late to make a thought-inducing post like that (very, very tired). however, i will say that basically it's kinda similar to legality of cities putting anti-crime cameras in some areas, and the like. i'd also tell some of you out there that you're safer with this kinda content in an age-controlled club than with a drunk chick with all the appropriate documents in a hotel room or at a private party.

if you are interested and want to wait to see if i'm going, please let me know so i can keep you posted via icq, or any other questions (such as legalities, procedures, content, video, etc) there as well. i will be more than happy to address questions personally. and if you send me a message while i'm not around, and i don't reply, send it again later, i use gaim and sometimes it fucks up .

AS far as legalities go, YES, it is legal. As per recent court rulings, anything shot at a "newsworthy" event such as spring break in south padre, is legal. Except within hotel rooms.
