Corporation in USA required for cc processors

Anyone can recommend a good site for webmasters that need to incorporate in the USA? I'm looking for a company than can offer the following :

Corporation in Nevada or Delaware
Official mailing address
Mail Forwarding
Resident Agent service
etc...

Basically, everything needed in order to be able to use a cc processor.

did they get you an official mailing address? I noticed you are using Epoch for billing and I'm also using them and need to comply with new VISA rules...

I used The Company Corporation myself. They have mail forwarding, registered office in Delaware, everything.

try bizfilings.com . Not sure if they do full service but they are super fast in incorporating businesses. I have done 6 of them so far with these guys and no complaints.

Be careful,

Because of cross border enforcement of Visa's policies, they are now starting to look not only where the corporation is located, but where the sites are registered (via whois searches). You are much safer having a merchant account at a bank in the region where you and your corporation are located.

What if the site that manages the sites and markets then, doesn't own the domain due to business arrangements or domain leases.

I'm located in Canada, I have heard that there are no banks dealing with high risk merchant accounts, is that true? As for the domain name, I guess I could register the domain to the US Corp?

Hello Isabel..thanks I have already contacted you and got the list. But the one that offer the best package does not have a "secure" form on their site so I don't feel safe buying there. Other sites on the list don't seem to offer "official" mailing address and mail forwarding in their package and I think it is required? Or is it not?
