                        You are correct the No Fly Zones are not a UN Mandate. They were set up by US and UK mandate to protect the Kurds and Sheiets (sp?)

                        However the fact remains that the UN is a fucking joke! If you need confirmation of that just look at who took over to head the Human Rights Commisson just yesterday.
