What's your favorite SSH client that works on Windows?

I use putty right now, but if there is anything more functional, i would like to give it a try.

putty and secure crt are both good. Just stay away from Cygwin. Valiant effort but it sucks.

putty you can use on anyones box, just run it from the web (cache) when you download it and when you are done close it and you don't have worry about messing up or installing anything on your anial retentive co-worker's box when all you wanted to do was quickly restart apache!

                            it's free
it's well used and tested but the SSH comunity
                            bugs are fixed quickly
                            it's small
                            it's very fast
it's like super model easy, to set up and use
                            shell I keep going?

Putty is supposed to have color-based code/html editing but I never figured out how to use it. SecureCRT has all my servers already saved in it, so fuggit.

Well.... putty is cool enough for being free & open source and all.

BUT... ssh.com's windows ssh client with integrated sftp stomps all over anything else out there really

If you use plain old ftp with system accounts to transmit les, your passing your plain text system passwords around the net. Not a good thing.

SSH.COM SSH+SFTP is the only way to go ... one click spawns new ssh or sFTP sessions (on same box).. so many cool features.

Oh... and technically its free for non-commerical use.

Putty...the only thing missing is SSH2 public key support, which kind of sucks. Because of the DSA problems, they don't support it right now. Paegent trys to offer key support with Putty, but it's still relatively new. Despite all that, Putty still rocks. And it's tiny.

I just use ssh. Of course, I don't use Windows. Why would anyone who wants a product that embodies the first S in SSH-- Secure.

I personally dislike putty.. Can't really put my finger on why.

I do use it on other peoples machines though.

At home it's securecrt. Great program, I even bought a liscense a longass time ago.
