What type of jobs have you had prior to entering the porn business?

Let's see if there's any sort of pattern that emerges.

I have been a stockbroker and a nightclub manager / proprietor..

yep, thats me.

I have a storage unit full of action figures, starting linups and misc. collectible crap gathering dust. Sold almost all my comics before I moved to Vegas.

Being in my comic store 10 hours a day for 7 days a week really made me sick of comics. I still haven't even watched the Spider Man movie...

Lower management at IBM followed by a VP spot at a small graphic design firm. Always had the recording studio as a side thing during that and now too.

I did the secretary and child care kinda things for a few months during highschool. Mainly, I was a photo development "team leader" at some places like Wallgreens, CVS... etc. I did that out of highschool age 18~20, alternating summer work with college. 19~20 I also did some freelance mainstream work for sites of which I was somehow connected... through a friend, relative, previous employer... etc.

Then, since I met my boyfriend who was already into this biz, he gave me the idea to do adult design. I've only just turned 21... I don't have much in the way of work experience other than photography and web design. I dropped out of college when I was 20 to work full time, I was sick of not having the money to do what I wanted with.

I'll do this for a while, take some more classes. But honestly, I don't want to do much else with my life aside from designing, starting a family, and possibly getting a book or two published.

Sorry for the life history there... got long winded.

I made sure overgrown babies became famous and rich overgrown babies. I still do this glorified babysitting. Before that I controlled the minds of millions. I think I'm still karmically paying for the corruption I imposed on all those folks!

Before that, as a young teen, I worked on a newspaper stand in a cold midwestern city for mere pennies. That was no fun at all. There was only a small heat fan so it was cold! Work started at 3:30am on the weekends. The average temp in the wintertime was 0 degrees. Ack! That is what you call true motivation to do something better career wise.

I've trusted my sites to them for over a decade...

By age 26 I knew the only way to make millions was to have your own businesses. Started out by buying and selling oil and gas property leases. Then used the profits from that biz to go into telecommunications, computer services, adult entertainment, et al.

I closed up my store when I moved an hour away. I reopened it up here for a little over a year although I was in the green after the first month I just could not get into the new store .....Missed all my customers and friends from the first place and I discoverd the porn biz..hehehe

I am still slowly selling off the inventory..

I worked in a kitchen, doing salads and shit.. not a chef.
I drove a cab. I was a security guard. I drove a van for a car-parts shop. I was a mail-guy in an office. That's about it... not much you can do without proper education in finland. That's why I'm currently studying as well as peddling porn.

I've been fortunate enough to have some really great jobs.

I worked for Pepsi here in the Seattle area for 8 years and would still be there if I hadn't injured my back. I delivered Pepsi to Bill Gate's house (construction workers pop machine) but have had a few opportunities to talk to him. I delivered to the Seahawks training facilities, Mariners facilities and have met many many sports and movie celebrities.

Prior to that I spent 12 years as a breadman. That was a great job with great money but I got out of it because I finally got tired of having split days off.

Route sales rules! You work (for the most part) alone, at your own pace and you don't have to put up with people you don't like all day.

Before that - I managed a 7-11.

Studied law and philosophy, then was a chartered accountant (equivalent to CPA) in England for 20 years., working first as an auditor, then in industry.

It was OK, but I hated the stress, the deadlines, and having to act respectable all the time.

I had a few brief interludes though like a year in India getting stoned and meditating, and two years in Amsterdam with a nymphomaniac Dutch druggie girlfriend.

It is so much better now being my own boss - and also emigrating to sunny Australia.

For 9 years used to be a well paid Special Effects Make-up artist for big budget Hollywood films such as, "Face/Off", "Windtalkers", "Matrix 2 and 3" and the up and coming "Adaptation", and "The Incredible Hulk".

I've wrestled around a bit with Nic Cage, and hung out with many, many other celebs.

I quit it all for the hopes of one day meeting being head of the Boneprone family.

When I was still doing FX, I got Keev to come up to the shop.

I worked in a supermarket called Asda (walmart own it) when I was 17 - 19........ Before that I worked in a call centre selling mobile (cell) fones over the telephone when I had just turned 17, did that for about 8 months then the place went bankrupt

The fuckers owed me about $1200 and I never got it.......
