you know, I took a lot of pitures when it was under construction but I never took one of the finished product.
its nothing special really. 4900sqft. 6bathrooms, library, wine cellar. the usual.

thank you 12... you reminded me of the addition i forgot to make... wonder how much it would cost for an auxilary wine cellar to be added outside of the foundation

what kind of construction? Ranch? Split? Colonial? Contemporary?

about $180 per square foot plus $8000-12,000 for a cellar itself

I guess its colonial. like I said, nothing special. dual staircase, 18' ceilings in familyroom and livingroom. sunroom shares a fireplace with familyroom. office is tucked away. marble, granite, ceramic where appropriate

deer in the yard every other day.

I completely forgot a balcony off the master during construction. debating whether to add it now. The house backs to woods so no one would notice a little bead throwin'
