For once we agree on something. There is no way she is less than a 14. I was overweight in highschool and it isn't hard to jump sizes with just an extra 5 or 10 lbs. If my weight goes up to 115 lbs it easily puts me in a size 5. 
Then again at 5'2''..... one lb shows on me.
