Dont know what he's about, looks like few people think he's a moron in here
It's not just that he's a moron, it's that he's mental as well. He'll attack you about reporting to acacia until he has to pass out from stupidity. He doesn't even have any business being here or on any industry board. He's a nobody, just ignore, it's the best defence against an attention whore.
please quote where I called you a scam.
why would anyone give money to a grandstanding liar?
oh, and if anyone takes the time to read the thread, they'll understand that money to you is money wasted.
but please, continue to lie about what I've said and what you've "explained"
Better watch out. He's got his number one PR guy, SexEd, on the scene now. Quite a team, these two are.

They must have forgotten all our cases and the countersuit we hit them with... wonder what the SEC would think about that kind of omission in reports to their shareholders...
I was thinking that too. I believe the correct term is "disclosure"
If Acacia stock drops from now on, the shareholders could sue for not properly disclosing all information related to the business, and deceiving shareholders into believing there was no ongoing litigation or any perceived future litigation.
I post on GFY so that when people ask me what I do,
I can tell them that I work with the mentally retarded.

exactly ...
so why should I have to report to Acacia my members when I serve video?
You don't get it do you? You do NOT have to report your "members" you dolt. IF you run an affiliate program, they are talking about reporting AFFILIATES. You know, the people who advertise sponsors? The webmasters? It has NOTHIGN to do with "members". And this again shows that you have no clue, never have had, and need to be quiet right now.

Good work, Far-L, someone should report them to the SEC.
You should also be more aggressive with your public relations on the lawsuits you've filed.
Send out press releases everytime you sue them, it will keep the Homegrown name in the news too. Acacia obviously tries to keep their name in the news, you should do the same.
The IMPA has a goal of hiring a mainstream publicist. We are aware of the need for public awareness since these types of lawsuits are becoming more and more pandemic to the business world and stunting innovation.
