I started this thread 12clicks vs. Fight The Patent because 12clicks claims i am running a scam with my Fight The Patent Foundation idea. I am putting myself into the spotlight and saying I have a solution, so i deserve to be scrutinized.

Unfortunately if you had a clue you would realize that you have to do your footwork about compliance... and you also have to have a license of your own.. you can't just sit around waiting for people to "give" you videos. Why not buy the license rights yourself, if you're so damn determined to have video? Not that I'm encouraging you to do ANYTHING with that piece of crap website that you advertise to minors, but stop putting your nose where it doesn't belong. You have NOTHING to do with this Acacia stuff, so why bother?

1) You don't have video on your site so why do you care about Acacia?

2) You don't run a porn site, so why are you on a messageboard for PORN webmasters?
