No one has any idea. He's like that crazy relative every family has. All the family members get used to the craziness after awhile and don't really notice it anymore. Eventually, the person starts acting loony with people outside the family who don't understand, then someone has to try and explain to the outsider. Usually, it's to keep the loony relative from going to jail or getting his/her ass beat. In this case that would be welcomed; this is just to keep others from wasting their time replying to him.
btw- did you notice the "I WILL NEVER REPORT TO ACACIA!?"
