      People must be interested in it. I've noticed that one of the hot spams this month is for Payroll Advance which is basically a short term loan with like 25% interest...sometimes higher.

          Most are about 700% APR, there are goverment regulations, You cannot go above a certain %, however, Most states are within 700-750% APR
