    DVD rippers - which ones the best

    looking to find the easiest proggy that will rip a DVD onto my harddrive in preferably an .mpg format. i've tried No1 DVD Ripper but it won't encode the audio anyone have any suggestions?

                  dvd encryptor is awesome for getting the vobs on your comp, then use flask to make them into avi.

                                  don't buy any software they are all a pos, all the shit you need is available for free, just search google, i haven't ripped dvd's in a while , all these programs that claim to rip the dvd and convert it into something playable is shit.

                                      try "super dvd ripper" - It looks pretty shitty, but it works very well.
