Why go through middlemen? Talk to the artist (i.e. me) direct, I can do a static pic for under 100$ and a fully animated one for... well, more, but that depends on what you want.

There are no samples of my drawn and colored art on my site yet, I give them out my request only... but... here is a sample (I drew this myself, from scratch, and colored it in Photoshop.)
