Serve them Fletch and find out which turned you and then sue them for invasion of privay or some such. I'm sure an attorney can find some way to do it. Run up the sponsors tabs beyond what they would pay for caving in for a full price license.
Or small claims them (if possible) in whatever state you live in when they turn each person over. 3-5k a whack wil nickel and dime them into thinking twice before making such agreements.
