Interesting. Body modifications can make quite a powerful statement, be it creative piercings all the way to body mutilation. Extreme art evokes extreme emotions, which is the point of it.

Personally, the extreme body modifications make me truly appreciate the fact that my parents didn't fuck me up when I was a kid.
