all fruits in the wild ferment at some point after falling from the tree. animals in the wild know this and prefer eating these fruits. the animals have a low tollerance and get wasted. i watched a video w/ all these wild monkeys and other animals getting drunk. it was pretty funny, until someone brought it to my attention that i looked worse when i'm drunk ;)

Reminds me of two bird problems I had when I lived next to a large wooded area for several years. This fuckin' bird would show up on my deck and take off over and over again into my sliding glass patio door. Thump, thump, thump... This like 5:30-6 a.m. I'd get out of bed and let him see me, and he'd fly away. Then in a few minutes he'd be back at it again. This would go on for a half hour at a time and ruined my a.m.'s for several weeks.

Then, a year or two later this crazy woodpecker would latch onto the furnace exhaust stack on my house and drill away at it. You can't believe how loud that is, again like 6 a.m. To get rid of him, I'd have to turn on the heat, which took a few minutes during which I'd have to put up a sound like a machine gun.
