Ya know JMM, back when I worked for this guy, he was training me to replace him, so that he could move forward in his life. He taught me plenty of things about dealing with customers (it was a retail business), all that stuff was great, but the #1 thing that he taught me was that, "No matter what, it was always my fault" Meaning a toilet could fall from the sky and crush a midget that was sitting on the floor eating oreo's to death 14 aisles from where I was, and if that happend, it was my fault.
