Any Divorced Men?

If you have had a divorce... How long was it before you seen another female?

I'm getting my divorce in about 4 - 6 months from now....Hell I'm only 21.. We got 2 baby girls together, and I'm just wondering how long other guys waited before they got with another female.

So I married her...

We just don't get along at all. She's not a good mother. There's just alot of reason I want out.. Too many to list. I doubt I'll get married again anytime soon.

Im sure its great to be away from some dumb bitch, but the kids get screwed.

Um... I get full custody of the girls. She's already stated that she doesn't want custody. And my lawyer is aware of that. That's why I said before that she isn't a good mother. She doesn't change diapers, she doesn't do any cooking, she doesn't show them any attention. That's the main reason for the divorce. She has other " things " she'd rather be doing, Than taking care of her children.

It is sad, I am 40 and never been interested in marraige, nor do I ever see it happening. It seems like a bunch of bullshit and I have seen to many people get hurt in divorce and tormented in marraige.

I can't say I know how the rest of my life will go, but I don't want a family, so who cares

I was married multiple times when I was in the military. Military personell have a higher rate of divorce than society at large. Military personell, specifically those that belong to the combat arms, are away more than they are at home and when the cat is away the mouse plays. Fortunately there were not any children involved with any of my marriages. I have zero intention of ever marrying again, or even having a relationship again. "Women. Can't live with them, but can't live without them." I enjoy my time without them just fine.

I guess I'll be the lone voice....in support of marriage...I'm not a guy...I'm a girl....

I've been married three times...

Before the ink was dried on the separation papers with the first two, I was dating....I figured the contract was broken...there was no reason to sit home.

My husband, Tev....well....after eight years...he's the best.....

Marriages can work....and, often do....if you both treat it like a partnership and a business.....and you're friends....best friends...

Cause when the bloom wears off the rose..and the plumbing breaks down, you damned well better be able to talk to each other....

Married twiced. Divorce twiced. Both were adventures to put it mildly. Some great moments, some not so great moments.

In today's world I don't recommend marriage to anyone. Its an out of date concept. 90% of the married friends I have are all miserable and near divorce too. The stresses from everything else along with marriage itself and all the daily routines that go with it are just too much for most couples to survive especially if you throw some kids into the mixture.

I'm FREE and FREE I shall be for the rest of my life.

Oh, and in answer to your question I had a 21 yo drop dead gorgeous girl within weeks after wife 2 and I separated and a gorgeous nympho within days after wife 1 and I ended.

Money makes even old dudes look great thank god and the girls that flock to it are never ending.

I think that marriage is a good thing if you find the right woman, I'm 28 and have been with the same woman for 12 years now, we've been married for 2 and a half and have 3 kids.

It's strange though because with all of my friends, only a couple are married and the ones that are married, they don't have any kids.

I think that I'm lucky to get my kids growing up now, heck in 18 years, I'll be 46 years old and should have all of my kids grown up and out of the house, so I'll be able to enjoy life and have 3 kids out making grandkids to take care of me years down the line when I'm old and can't shovel my snow or whipe my ass, ha ha ha.
