Well they orginally tried to buy a home in skaneateles, NY on the lake (about 10 miles from my parents) but ultimately decided on something else.
So too say the Clintons "manipulated" people based on where they decided to live is completly false. That was not even their original choice.

The Clintons live in Westchester county, but Bill Clinton works in Harlem, where his office is. Yes it was a strategic political move to do that.
